My career at VisionWaves started in August 2006. I started as a junior consultant on primarily finance related projects. Since then I have been able to expand my horizons by joining the Healthcare industry and by participating in projects related to our VisionWaves software. Currently I am working as a Senior consultant on the further development and implementation of the Hospital Management Solutions. While also being responsible for the functional design team, which designs new visionary functionality for the VisionWaves software. What I like about working at VisionWaves is the feeling that you can really make a difference in organizations on all different levels. Also, the challenging and innovative environment and the enthusiasm and passion of my colleagues make this a place to excel.
Marcelo Wolf - Business Consultant
In September 2006 VisionWaves started an implementation project at the Chilean Air force. Due to my Chilean background I was looking for a company in Chile to do my thesis to finish my study as aeronautical engineer. I came in contact with VisionWaves and started as a trainee during the implementation project. In February 2007 I became an employee in the function of junior consultant in the Aviation and Defense sector. Because of the international customer base I have been spending a lot of time abroad. It is very challenging to succeed in a different culture and environment, but through dedication and teamwork we manage to satisfy the needs of our demanding customers.
