Alfred Godeke - Founder & Director 
Alfred is founder of VisionWaves in 2000 and chair’s the Board. He is responsible for strategy execution and R&D. Following his study Economy at the Royal Military Academy and Business Information Management at the University of Tilburg, he started his career in the Royal Netherlands Air Force. After jobs in Finance and IT program management, he joined an international Defense / Industry collaboration program for integrated logistics lifecycle management, before becoming a Strategic Change consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He gained broad expertise in several management areas, from strategy implementation to performance-, risk- and process management in both government and business environments.
Harald Kokelkoren - Co-founder & Director
Harald is responsible for the Business Development of VisionWaves, managing and growing the marketing, sales and partner channels as well as the international VisionWaves business units. His solid expertise in the aerospace and defense industry is the result of many projects in his defense career (logistics strategy, asset management concepts, weapons systems, optimize performance) and work in commercial aviation and the aviation industry (fleet, customer service & quality). From 1998, Harald worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he participated in various logistics projects and led the ERP implementation in support of the NATO AWACS fleet. He and Peter joined Alfred directly after the foundation of VisionWaves to help grow the company from an idea to an exciting business. Since 2007 he broadened his focus from the A&D market to the total VisionWaves market place.
Peter Scheltus - Co-founder & Director 
After studying Business Administration in Amsterdam Peter worked for companies such as Varig Brazilian Airlines and Martinair which gave his a solid background in the aviation industry. In 1999 he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers where he participated in several logistics projects and a large ERP implementation project for NATO AWACS. Since the launch of VisionWaves Aviation & Defense in 2001, Peter managed many projects. Examples of projects are Mission Driven Logistics, Strategic value management, quality management, process optimization, service level management and ERP management.
