Strategy
Achmea’s strategic goal is to become the most trusted insurance company in Europe. For risk management, they wanted to achieve compliance with Solvency 11 and IFRS, a transparent process oriented organisation and improvements on the integrated control of the insurance services.
Approach
By using VisionWaves’ software, the reporting processes, risk and controls have been mapped and described for Solvency 2 and IFRS. Processes are linked to work instructions and displayed through tailored cockpits. Managers and employees now have full insight and control over their work areas.
Results
Achmea has gained a better rating from rating agencies. Transparant processes for external reporting now comply with Solvency II and IFRS. Connected management cockpits deliver performance insight and control.
