As a part of a modernization program the Chilean Air Force as purchased a fleet of F16 Aircraft. Modernizing the fleet has an impact on various parts of the FACh organization in terms of working methods and logistical complexity. VisionWaves has supported FACh in the process of moving towards an organization that is ready to meet this new challenge.

Results

• Within a total implementation time of less than 18 months, FACh secured the control on airworthiness of the fleet while at the same time obtaining grasp on the total weapon system chain, from industry to operations.
