With approximately 100 employees the HR service centre offers advice, implements strategic and legislative changes and handles the administration of all bank employees. Its target is to provide quality service at lowest possible costs.

Approach

VisionWaves has created transparency in the service centre process-landscape by modeling the organization in its VisionWaves software. With this Business and Management Information Model, information gaps where addressed that are required for pro-active management and control of Rabobank HR services Business Processes.  
 

Results

Within a three-month time frame, the organization met its goal of managing and controlling all business processes in one system. The organization is now ready to take the step towards state-of-the-art Risk management and Service Level Management.
