'Time for care & consideration’ at Warande with VisionWaves Delta

Nursing centre Warande selects Delta, VisionWaves’ control and management system. Implementation is jointly done by Warande and VisionWaves in the program ‘time for care & consideration’. Following a workshop on the Dutch KMBV Best Practice care conference VisionWaves and Warande joined forces, which led to this innovative collaboration.

At Warande hospitality and attentiveness are client objectives. Warande aims at offering high quality and innovative products and services to its clients in a result-oriented manner. Warande wants to accelerate the promise ‘time for care & consideration’ through performance management and lean / six sigma. VisionWaves Delta supports all (location)managers in achieving Warandes strategy by defining tangible goals from strategic to operational level, by providing insight into results periodically and by offering tools for continuous improvement.
