Another article was recently published in the Magazine for Healthcare Administration and Information about the cooperation between Tergooi hospitals and VisionWaves. The article focused on VisionWaves’ approach towards comprehensive control: the Hospital Management System. The comprehensive approach allows the management of Tergooi hospitals to manage their business more efficiently, and to improve their performance through insight into and control over the entire business. This method is based on Porter’s Value Chain approach, combined with sub-approaches like the balanced scorecard and the IDEF-process mapping.
