1. We already have a datawarehouse system in place. How does the VisionWaves method and tooling ad value to that or do we have to do thing over again?

   With our VisionWaves Delta approach we help you obtain a clear overview of objectives, key success factors and operational best practice. Our software provides the business map that links strategy to operations and includes performance indicators and process mapping. Datawarehouse provide a lot of data about your processes or production. Our tooling can easily and almost always automatically use the datawarehouse information. VisionWaves invest heavily in assuring IT standards are followed in development of our tooling to ensure maximal compatibility with ERP systems, datawarehouses and other IT systems. That we can can provide direct IT link to your current information systems and thus adding significant value via integral and tailormade management information.

2. Your approach seems methodological and thorough. Does it include aspects of change management?

   Our approach is very much about change management. In larger change and redesign projects we work from a strategic goal to specific operational realization. We define with you which objectives are required and what the impact is for other aspects of your business. From responsibilities for middle management to reporting structures and from human resource and knowledge aspects to process alignment. Our theory is that an organization can only achieve real and continuous success if all main aspects of the business are aligned. Involvement of your organization in defining the need for and the path to change is imperative. Optimal use of available knowledge and commitment proves to generate more sustainable growth and success.

3. How do you implement the VisionWaves Delta Platform and how long does it take?

   We like to precede an implementation with a low-cost 3 to 4 week workshop- based Pilot Project during which we prove the concept to you and evidence the return on investment. We are confident that after the Pilot Project you will be convinced of the added value of our VisionWaves Delta platform and then extend to a full implementation. An average implementation will take approximately 6 months, but you will have your first management cockpits up and running within the first week. It is our strategy to transfer our knowledge to your team during the implementation in order to create a Competence Center within your company that will be able to fully customize VisionWaves Delta based on your own needs. This will suppress any additional cost for making changes to the business model, since you can do it yourself as many times and to any extent you like!
