SME (Finance & Performance Management)

This role carries a dual mandate. Internally, you are the Product Owner for your domain module - defining features, owning the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to build a product grounded in real enterprise practice. Externally, you are the Product Champion - guiding enterprise customers through deployment and helping them configure the platform to their specific context. You do not need to be a software developer. You must be digitally fluent, comfortable with enterprise software ecosystems, and genuinely curious about how AI and automation are reshaping your domain.

• ·Define and own the Finance & Performance Management module roadmap - covering FP&A, cash forecasting, budgeting, cost management, management accounting, and financial performance reporting
• ·Translate CFO office processes and finance operating models into platform features and data models
• ·Define AI-augmented capabilities: intelligent cash forecasting, automated variance analysis, AI-driven financial insights and recommendations
• ·Benchmark against leading EPM/FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle EPM, Hyperion) and define differentiation
• ·Own feature specifications and collaborate with engineering on financial data architecture and reporting models

• ·Lead the finance module track during enterprise deployments - conducting finance process discovery, configuring chart of accounts structures, budget hierarchies, and reporting frameworks
• ·Engage credibly with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and finance controllers during customer adoption
• ·Feed deployment learnings back into the product to continuously improve module depth and configurability

• ·10+ years in finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, Head of FP&A) or finance consulting at large enterprises
• ·Deep expertise in financial planning, management reporting, cost management, and cash flow management
• ·Hands-on experience with ERP or EPM platforms - SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion, or equivalent
• ·Understanding of AI-driven financial forecasting, rolling forecasts, and driver-based planning models
• ·Ability to engage credibly with CFOs and finance leadership at enterprise customers
• ·Working knowledge of enterprise data and reporting: BI tools, data warehouses, financial data modelling

• ·CA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
• ·Experience in financial product management or EPM implementation consulting
• ·Exposure to treasury management, working capital optimisation, or financial consolidation
