From systems of record to systems of intelligence.

Two foundation platforms. Three domain intelligence fabrics. One governed intelligence plane, where the system is greater than the sum of its parts.

The VisionWaves platform is three intelligence fabrics, NetSingularity, Opstral and Entroid, built on two shared foundations: x101 for autonomy and DataByte for data, with a governance layer that applies to all of them.

The architecture.

The foundations are what make the fabrics consistent: the same reasoning and control layer, the same data substrate, and the same authority model regardless of which operational domain the fabric is applied to.

Three products · Two foundations · One governed intelligence plane

It runs on top of what you already have.

VisionWaves reads from and acts on the systems already running the operation, including OSS, BSS, ITSM and enterprise systems of record, through the integration layer. It is a layer on top of that estate, not a replacement for it.

  • Reads from what you run

OSS, BSS, ITSM, observability pipelines and enterprise systems of record feed the data foundation directly.

  • Acts through the integration layer

Resolution executes against those same systems. A system VisionWaves can only read from limits the platform to recommendations.

  • Deployment is configuration

Cloud, your own VPC, on-premises and air-gapped are the same platform configured differently, not four products.

The three intelligence fabrics.

Each fabric applies the shared foundations to one operational domain, so they behave consistently while solving different problems.

  • Network Intelligence Fabric

    NetSingularity

Network faults, service degradation and operational complexity that outpace human response.

The network intelligence fabric for telecom and network operators: detects, diagnoses and resolves network events before a ticket opens, across RAN, Fiber, WiFi, Small Cell and DAS.

    • Telecom
    • Autonomous NOC
    • Closed-loop assurance
    • OSS / BSS
  • Intelligence Platform for Enterprise Operations

    Opstral

Operational complexity that has outgrown human cognition.

An AI-native operational intelligence fabric that continuously understands your operational state, reasons over telemetry and institutional knowledge, and coordinates specialised agents. It sits above your existing tools to safely automate production operations under governed policy, so teams recover from incidents faster and decide with confidence.

    • AIOps
    • Process mining
    • ServiceOps
    • FinOps
    • SecOps
    • Asset operations
  • Enterprise Intelligence Fabric

    Entroid

Fragmented enterprise systems with no unified executive view.

The enterprise intelligence fabric connecting strategic intent to business outcomes across HR, Finance, Sales and CRM into one governed operating picture. Extended with AI-native application generation and automated application upgrades for enterprise technology teams, without replacing the systems your operations depend on.

    • Works alongside SAP & Workday
    • Application generation

The two foundations.

The foundations are what make the fabrics consistent: one reasoning and control layer, one data substrate, one authority model.

  • AI Orchestration Brain

    x101

Unifies every enterprise system under one governed interface. Ask in plain English, get sourced, permission-aware answers, and take action across ERP, CRM, ITSM and databases from a single prompt. Every response cited. Model-agnostic by design.

    • Multi-agent orchestration
    • Knowledge graph
    • Cited responses
    • Model-agnostic
    • Voice + chat agents
    • Private enterprise AI
  • Data Intelligence Foundation

    DataByte

One governed platform for the entire data journey across the systems you already run, on-prem or cloud. Ingestion, transformation, ML and APIs on a single platform. The data layer that makes every AI trustworthy.

    • 2,000+ connectors
    • Real-time pipelines
    • ML Studio + Forecaster
    • Smart Governance
    • Data Catalog
    • Lineage
    • PII classification

Your AI stack. Not ours.

VisionWaves sits at the orchestration layer, above the model, inside your governance boundary. When a better model ships you switch to it, and your data, agents and workflows stay exactly where they are.

In a regulated operation the choice of model is frequently not the vendor's to make. It is constrained by data residency, procurement, or an existing enterprise agreement. Tying the platform to one model would make it undeployable in exactly the environments it targets.

  • Anthropic ClaudeReasoning & analysis
  • OpenAI GPTGeneral enterprise tasks
  • Google GeminiMultimodal workflows
  • Meta LlamaOn-prem / air-gap
  • Azure OpenAIEnterprise Azure environments
  • OCI Generative AIOracle Cloud environments
  • Mistral / CustomDomain fine-tunes

Your data is never used for model training. Requests are processed inside your deployment boundary, and no inference data leaves your environment without explicit authorisation.

How an agent gets into production.

Every VisionWaves agent, across all three products, is governed through the same lifecycle. No agent touches production without passing every gate. Enterprise AI that scales is not a chatbot with good answers. It is a full agent lifecycle running across hundreds of workflows, from definition through governance, audited at every step.

  1. Define

Describe the agent's purpose, data access, and policy boundaries in plain language.

    Plain language input

  2. Configure

Platform loads domain context, exception rules, and compliance constraints, inherited from your existing systems, policies and identity layer before any agent acts.

    Context loading

  3. Test

Simulated scenarios, edge cases and compliance validators must pass before any deployment.

    Sandbox verification

  4. Gate

Human approval required before any production deployment. Business rules locked as hard constraints.

    Human approval

  5. Govern

Monitor, alert, measure KPIs, flag anomalies, and audit every action. Immutable log from day one.

    Immutable audit log

One lifecycle. Every agent. Every domain.
