VisionWaves — Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 8, 2026
VisionWaves ("VisionWaves," "we," "us," or "our") builds enterprise AI platforms, including NetSingularity, Opstral, Entroid, and DataByte data intelligence services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website at https://www.visionwaves.com, engage with us as a prospect or partner, or use our products as an enterprise customer or authorized user.
This policy has two parts: Part A covers our website and general business contacts. Part B covers data we process on behalf of enterprise customers through our products. If you are an end user of a VisionWaves product deployed by your employer, your employer's privacy notice and our Data Processing Agreement with them govern how your data is used; this policy explains our role and commitments as the service provider.
Scope and Our Role
For website visitors, job applicants, and sales prospects, VisionWaves acts as the data controller: we decide why and how that information is used.
For content and data our enterprise customers submit to or process through NetSingularity, Opstral, Entroid, or DataByte, VisionWaves acts as a data processor (or "service provider" under CCPA). We process that data only on the customer's documented instructions and under the terms of our Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Questions about that data should go to the customer organization first; we support them in responding to your request.
Information We Collect
Website and business contacts:
- Contact details you provide (name, email, company, phone) via forms, demo requests, or emails
- Communications and meeting records related to sales, support, or partnership discussions
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and usage analytics via cookies (see Section 5)
Product and customer data (processed on behalf of customers):
- Data customers upload, connect, or generate within NetSingularity, Opstral, Entroid, or DataByte, which may include their own customers' or employees' information
- Authentication and access logs, configuration data, and usage/telemetry needed to operate, secure, and support the platform
How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and products
- Respond to inquiries, provide support, and manage the customer relationship
- Send product updates, marketing, and partnership communications (you can opt out at any time)
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve platform performance and reliability
- Meet legal, security, and audit obligations
AI and Machine Learning
Some VisionWaves products use AI/ML components, including large-language-model orchestration through x101. We do not use customer data submitted through our products to train shared or general-purpose models unless a customer has opted in in writing. Any model tuning performed for a specific customer uses that customer's data only for that customer's environment, as described in the applicable DPA or order form. Our approach to AI oversight, human review, and model change management is described in the VisionWaves Security Overview.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand site usage, and support analytics and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Subprocessors and infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations — a current subprocessor list is available on request
- Third-party AI/model providers used to deliver AI-assisted features bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms consistent with this policy
- Professional advisors, auditors, and regulators where required
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected customers
- Law enforcement or courts where legally compelled, and only to the extent required
International Data Transfers
VisionWaves is based in Singapore, with team members and infrastructure that may span Singapore, the United States, and India. Where we transfer personal data across borders — including to a third-party AI model provider located elsewhere — we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain website and business-contact information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, generally no longer than 24 months of inactivity, unless a longer period is required by law or an active contract. Customer product data is retained per the applicable DPA and deleted or returned according to the customer's instructions upon contract termination.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing, including under the GDPR. These rights are free to exercise, though we may decline or charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, as permitted by law. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically one month under GDPR).
If your data was submitted to us by an enterprise customer through our products, please contact that organization directly; we will support their response to your request.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, AI governance measures, and monitored hosting infrastructure. Details are in the VisionWaves Security Overview. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our website and products are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where required, we will provide additional notice.
