SME (Supply Chain & Procurement)

This role carries a dual mandate. Internally, you are the Product Owner for your domain module - defining features, owning the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to build a product grounded in real enterprise practice. Externally, you are the Product Champion - guiding enterprise customers through deployment and helping them configure the platform to their specific context. You do not need to be a software developer. You must be digitally fluent, comfortable with enterprise software ecosystems, and genuinely curious about how AI and automation are reshaping your domain.

• ·Define and own the Supply Chain & Procurement module roadmap - covering demand planning, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, and logistics visibility
• ·Translate end-to-end supply chain processes into platform features that serve both manufacturing and service sector enterprises
• ·Define AI capabilities: demand sensing, supply risk scoring, autonomous procurement recommendations, supplier intelligence
• ·Benchmark against leading SCM platforms (SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Coupa) and identify differentiation opportunities
• ·Own the feature backlog, write functional specifications, and validate with pilot customers

• ·Lead supply chain module deployments at enterprise customers - mapping procurement processes, supplier master data structures, and planning cycles to the platform
• ·Engage with CPOs, supply chain directors, and procurement teams during customer adoption
• ·Identify customer-specific supply chain configurations and translate them into product requirements

• ·10+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or operations at a large enterprise or consulting firm
• ·Deep expertise across the supply chain: sourcing, supplier management, inventory, demand and supply planning, logistics
• ·Hands-on experience with enterprise SCM or procurement platforms - SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM, Coupa, Kinaxis, or equivalent
• ·Working knowledge of AI in supply chain: demand sensing, supply risk prediction, autonomous purchasing
• ·Comfortable engaging with CPOs, operations directors, and enterprise IT and data stakeholders

• ·APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• ·Experience in supply chain product management or SCM implementation consulting
• ·Exposure to sustainability and ESG aspects of supply chain and responsible procurement
